This involved removing 30 year old loft insulation and installing 300mm of new Knauf insulated roll in a listed house. The work was carried out very efficiently by Duran's cheerful team who kept us up to date with what they were doing. Unfortunately the surveyor had not entered the loft, only surveying it from the top of a ladder, and therefore not noticed that one half of the loft space was not accessible to the other half, the hatch for which was too small for the workmen to enter. This had to be enlarged with a new hatch installed, which added £700 to the original quotation.

Members of the office staff could not have been more helpful and considerate. As for their workforce as previously stated 100% satisfaction. They were all polite and respectful to me and my property. They worked in a very tight attic space in a positive and professional way. Unexpected problems were overcome and rectified without a song and dance.

Each has dug out and I can say they are a clear asset to the company. The job they do is not pleasant and not once did they moan, fallout, ask for anything or wish to be given anything. They have instilled faith in my view of their generation their parents should be proud. I believe never judge a book by the cover. So true. Give respect you get respect. Brilliant job done. !! The guys were brilliant, were tidy and very polite. Removing the foam is time consuming but they managed to clear it all (50 bags) inside 2 days and lay replacement loft insulation. We had a slight mix up of when the bags would be collected but a quick phone call to the office cleared it up; they arrived the following day - slightly late due to a van breakdown but they were very efficient and speedy - doing the entire load in one trip. Would highly recommend - excellent service all round

Rhys was very switched on to what we needed, particularly the importance of speed in removing the spray foam for our house move.
Foam removal started the next day (team of 5) at a fair price and took 3 working days.
Removal team were friendly and helpful, doing a good job. Sam and Richard stayed late on the final day to finish the work.
When wasps were found, a visit from a pest controller was arranged for us that afternoon.
All in all, delighted.

So I generally do my homework and research companies before calling them. I found Countrywide Coatings and spoke to Aidie. Having explained I was looking to have some existing spray foam removed (installed by someone else) he explained what they could offer and asked for photos so he could make an initial assessment. Aidie got back in touch quickly and offered to have a colleague visit the following day.
Colin arrived bang on time and gave a really good explanation of everything. He was clearly hugely knowledgeable in his field but spent time to answer all my questions brilliantly.

Countrywide painted the outside of our rendered house. First, two employees jet washed all the render. Then four employees painted the house with ProPerla which is designed to last 25 years. I am very pleased with the result and the house looks like new. The guys worked hard, were very pleasant and cleaned up after the job was finished. I did feel very sorry for them as it was very hot - but they ploughed on relentlessly.

The Company came out and surveyed our loft spray foam and gave us their advice on the best way forward to correct our situation. Within ten days things were under way with a scaffolding team, roofers to take of the tiles and an insulation team to completely remove the foam. A new type of honeycomb insulation was then installed and the whole operation took just over a week to complete.
