What is agricultural spray foam insulation?

• Open-Cell Spray Foam – this type of foam expands as it dries and results in a playable foam that covers all your gaps and spaces. The cells in the foam remain open to allow moisture to exit your property and it is the best choice for residential properties and businesses as it won't cause condensation or fungal growths.
• Closed-Cell Spray Foam – this type of foam also expands as it dries but it results is a hard, fixed barrier that will not let moisture out. This is great for large metal buildings such as warehouses but it is not typically used in properties with wooden eaves as it can cause a moisture build up and encourage mould, mildew and fungal growths.
